The ASSET Company dedicates itself to providing electrical equipment and comprehensive engineering solutions to utility, industrial, consultant and contractor organizations in the South.  The following positions are now available within The ASSET Company's growing organization.

 

Sales Engineer/Technical Sales - The ASSET Company Sales, LLC is a growing Manufacturer’s Rep Firm looking for an outside Sales Engineer to sell stand-by generators in Northern and Central Alabama. Work from home. Customer base will be engineers, contractors, water utilities, gas and oil producers, and end users. Compensation will be commission based with a draw against booked orders. Potential to earn $40K minimum in first year and $100K in three years.

 

Position will be responsible for: Calling on Electrical, Building Contractors, and End Users. Maintaining contact with Engineers to influence specifications. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and clients. Prospect and develop customer base. Provide follow-up and superior customer service.

 

Candidate qualifications are: Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Must be able to meet people and create long-term relationships. Must have good social and time management skills. Must have good computer skills. Electrical and mechanical aptitudes are a plus. Ability to read plans and specifications is a plus. Degree a plus, but not essential.
